PERSONAL TRAINING:

Personal Training is our premier service. Personal training is the best option for those who are embarking on a new exercise routine, recovering from an injury or simply want the ultimate experience and individual attention to detail.

We will provide a Coach that will work with your schedule, break down your life style habits, and provide an individualized program to take your fitness and ability to a whole new level.

Upon entering the program, you will be assessed, monitored, motivated and held accountable by your trainer and the rest of our expert staff. Your program will be tailored to your individual needs and will address all areas of strength training, conditioning, flexibility, mindset, nutrition and life style habits.

 

 

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Group training is the best alternative to personal training. Each person still receives individual attention throughout each workout session and has a customized program that targets weaknesses, addresses muscle imbalances and is created to take your body to the next level. Group training focuses on long-term transformation programs and culminates each year with individual testing at the Define U Strength and Conditioning Combine.

This Team will train together on a set schedule with one goal in mind. (Must be prequalified to enter the program and **must sign up in advance for any DUF Team training sessions)

The team training is best for those who are trained in basic movements, are generally healthy without limiting chronic or acute injuries and those who enjoy the energy, inspiration, competition and motivation of working with others.

HIIT CLASSES

Define U Camps are designed for all men, women, boys and girls to train for their sport, game, race or event. This is a high energy, group training session open to anyone who is willing to work hard and crush some calories. We don’t hold back in these camps and we are working to create PR’s (Personal Records). It is designed to build trust, comrade and motivation for individuals to work with others and excel at the highest level.

GROUP CLASSES:

Group classes are for those who are trained in basic movements, are generally healthy without limiting chronic or acute injuries and those who enjoy the energy, inspiration, competition and motivation of working with others. We have Level 1 beginner classes all the way up to Level 5 competition courses. We strongly encourage beginners to go through our Personal Training program to address personal goals, gain exercise knowledge, and to prevent motivational set backs.
